Meet the Team
Claudia
CEO &
Senior Wedding Planner
I am 55 years old and truly living one of the most fulfilling chapters of my life. I became a mother at a young age and spent over 30 years living abroad. South African at heart, I remain proudly Portuguese by nationality. Today, I am deeply grateful to call the beautiful Algarve my home and even more grateful to be working in a profession I genuinely love. Not everyone has the privilege of finding joy and purpose in what they do every single day, and I do not take that for granted. While my career is an important part of who I am, my greatest achievement is, without question, my children. They are now independent, living their own lives, and I could not be prouder of the people they have become. I am also a proud grandmother to a beautiful granddaughter, a role that fills my heart in ways I never imagined. Life has blessed me with love, meaningful experiences, and precious memories. All of these moments have shaped the person I am today, and for that, I am deeply thankful.

Team Leader and
Wedding Planner
I’m 30 years old and have an almost infinite curiosity about the world. I lived and studied abroad for eight years, travelled for an entire year, and along the way ended up working for a month in Vietnam. I grew up fast, perhaps too fast, but today I know that’s what brought me here. I’m demanding, very particular, perfectionist, and punctual — being late drives me crazy. At first glance, people often say I seem distant or unfriendly, but I promise it’s just a first impression (and, let’s be honest, genetics play their part too). I don’t like cooking, but I love eating, traveling, and continuing to dream big. I deeply love my work and am lucky enough to do it alongside my mother. After a few years, I finally feel that the team is complete and flowing just as I always imagined. I want to be rich, of course, but never at the cost of not working. And in the midst of all this, there are two dogs who are part of my daily life, my Frankie and Sunny boy — and I wouldn’t have it any other way.

I’m not used to talking about myself (I much prefer to stay behind the scenes), but I’ll try… I believe my simple, cheerful nature and easy smile help me connect with people and build genuine rapport, both in everyday life and at work.
I wear my heart on my sleeve and am easily moved by other people’s stories — listening, understanding, and being truly present makes all the difference and turns each day into something special. Working in wedding planning has been a journey of both professional and personal growth, helping me discover my creative side — something entirely new to me. I love music, nature, spending time outdoors, and I have a deep affection for cats… and, more recently, for dogs too, who make me smile every day.

I’m Chelsea, English by blood, Portuguese by spirit.
From an early age, I have had a strong affinity for languages, and learning a wide variety of them has been my true passion. Naturally studious and organised, I have a strong work ethic, though I also appreciate a good laugh to balance that seriousness. Cliché or not, my greatest achievement is raising my daughter. The role of motherhood has been the most challenging and rewarding experience of my life. What puts a smile on my face? A mild spring day, an adventure in an unfamiliar place, and a long lunch shared with family and friends.
Maria
Concierge &
Celebrant
I was born into a traditional rural Portuguese family, shaped by strong values of honour, mutual respect, and discipline. These principles have profoundly influenced both my character and my professional sense of responsibility and commitment. Alongside a demanding academic path through rigorous secondary education and college, my summers were filled with books, cinema, and long bicycle rides through the countryside. This environment nurtured my imagination, creativity, and ability to approach life with joy, courage, and optimism. Rather than teenage romances, my youth was marked by meaningful friendships, lively gatherings, and shared adventures in the Ribatejo region. These experiences cemented my belief that transparency and kindness are essential in both personal and professional relationships. Although my childhood ambition was to work in social and nursing services, family circumstances redirected my path toward Secretarial Management and foreign languages, which became my professional tools. Throughout my career, I have supported diverse business areas, focusing on organisation, human resources, and the coordination of events and meetings. At heart, I have remained faithful to my original vocation: supporting people, building connections, and creating meaningful networks when needed.
